  • Cooperate with us in a timely manner to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
  • Provide any necessary access to systems or platforms where the software will be implemented
  • Pay for the software development services as outlined in the payment terms below

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the custom software will be transferred to the client, subject to any open-source or third-party licensing agreements.
  • You will have full rights to use the custom software for its intended purposes, but you are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software without our written consent.
  • Any pre-existing intellectual property used in the development of the software remains the property of the respective owner.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for custom software will be determined during communication with the customer based on the complexity, scope, and estimated development time. A detailed quote will be provided before the start of any work.
  • Payment is due according to the payment plan specified in your contract (order), which may include a deposit upfront and subsequent payments tied to project milestones for complex orders and regular payment in full after the order is placed for basic orders.
  • Payments can be made via bank card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

6. Refund Policy

  • Custom software applications are non-refundable due to the nature of the service. However, if the product fails to meet the specifications agreed upon in the contract, we will make necessary revisions or adjustments. You are to contact us within 15 business days from the date the order was fulfilled and delivered with your concerns.
  • In the case of significant delays or failure to deliver the agreed-upon software, we may offer a partial refund or complete refund, subject to our discretion and the specific circumstances discussed with the customer.

7. Delivery and Timeline

  • We will provide an estimated delivery timeline for the custom software. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, changes in client specifications, or third-party dependencies.
  • The software will be delivered in stages, with milestones clearly outlined in the project plan. Final delivery will occur after acceptance testing and any necessary revisions.

• In most cases, we are able to provide you with a so-called hard copy, which means the USB flash drive with the image of the software app you ordered and paid for can be mailed for free from our local Indian carrier or our dedicated fulfillment centers located all across the globe.

8. Support and Maintenance

  • Post-launch support and maintenance services may be provided under a separate agreement. This includes bug fixes, minor updates, and technical support.
  • Major updates or additional features will be subject to additional charges.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during your use of this website or our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can view at the bottom of this page.
  • You agree not to hold us responsible for any data breaches that result from third-party attacks or failures that are outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services directly related to the software development. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in India, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its legal costs.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
